Our Rental Application Process

Property Listing Review:

  • Review the property listing to understand what's included and the neighborhood.
  • Ensure you like the neighborhood.

Contact for Showing:

  • Call 33 Property Management or email [email protected] for a showing.
  • All intended residents should attend the showing.

Application Submission:

  • Submit the required items:
    • Application Form
    • Proof of income (last two paycheck stubs)
    • Copy of Photo ID
    • Complete the pet application if applicable
    • Payment for the non-refundable application fee.

Application Processing:

  • Allow 24-48 hours for application processing.
  • Processing time may vary during busy seasons or if references take longer to respond.
  • Selection of a resident is based on various factors, including credit history, rental references, proof of income, pets, and move-in date.

Next Steps:

  • Receive approval or denial notification.
  • If your application is strong but not selected, you can apply it to other properties for 30 days.
  • If offered a property, submit a holding deposit within 48 hours in the form of a cashier's check or money order.

Move-In and Payment Setup:

  • Before the established move-in date, start necessary utilities and provide proof of renter's insurance.
  • Sign the lease and submit remaining move-in funds.
  • Receive keys after a move-in inspection report.
  • Connect to the renter portal for rent payment options.
