As a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and the California representative on the Nominating Committee for NARPM, Richard maintains his commitment to the field.
With a parallel career spanning 28 years, Richard has dedicated himself to public service as a firefighter and chief officer, safeguarding lives, the environment, and property. His educational background is just as impressive, with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master's in Organizational Leadership, coupled with an advanced certification from Stanford University's Post Graduate School of Business, focusing on leveraging diversity and inclusion for organizational success.
Richard's community engagement is evident through his roles as a Rotarian, a School Site Council member, and a participant in the San Diego Leadership Forum.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Richard's life is marked by creativity and adventure. He once lit up the stage as a musician and singer in a Mexican boyband and has authored and published three books.
A man of varied interests, Richard delights in snow skiing, surfing, scuba diving, and shares his enthusiasm for sports as a certified pickleball coach.

For over 25 years, Baryic has served local communities as a firefighter and chief officer where he has been a leader in developing innovation and efficiency in the fire service.
Since 2015, he has worked in the dynamic real estate industry as a licensed real estate professional. Baryic earned a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Studies and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
He also completed Stanford University’s Post Graduate School of Business Leverage Diversity and Inclusion for Organizational Excellence.
