Professional property management for our real estate partners. As a real estate agent, your time should be focused on your clients and sales. As a full-service property management company, we focus our time on ensuring rental properties are managed effectively.         

Referring a property owner and/or an investor that needs property management to 33 Property Management comes with a referral fee of $250.  Once a fully executed lease agreement is signed and the first month’s rent is paid with us, you get paid.

We also promise not to compete with you, if the client decides to list the said property. We will provide and sign a non-compete agreement to show our loyalty . If the client ever informs us they would like to sell their property, we will inform you directly so you may have the opportunity to list the property.
